Online KORA Request KDOC GovQA

The public can now submit and track KORA request online in addition to written or email requests.

The Kansas Department of Corrections has implemented a new process to submit KORA requests online. This is an enhancement to the current process, and requests can still be submitted in writing or through email.

The KDOC online process uses GovQA, the nation’s number one provider of public records and compliance solutions for government, With this user-friendly web portal, the public will be sure it is receiving complete and accurate records in a reasonable time frame. It allows the requester to submit a new public records request, track the progress, and receive updates by email. The requestor can read any correspondence or notes about specific requests and download electronic records deliverables.
